Very short and simple. Basic interview questions and customer service scenario questions. It was very short and pretty easy going. Mostly done one-on-one in person. Dress still professional but casual, even though it's just a hardware store.

Casual, talking to a floor manager at their desk. Also got a tour of the store. Suit felt overdressed for interview. Was short, no more than 15-20 mins. Started by asking floor staff where to find manager, then was taken to their desk where the interview happened.
