We totally get that reaching back out to candidates in our talent pool might seem a bit unusual. But sometimes we struggle to predict our exact recruitment needs, so we explore all possible options. Sorry if it caused any confusion on your end.
We want to apologise for the change in role requirements that happened while you were in the process. We collaborate with startups, and they occasionally prefer having someone join them in their offices once a week. It wasn't a requirement before, but sadly it changed just when you were going through it. We informed you as soon as we could.
