ROSS VIDEO Engineering Manager interview questions

I applied online and was invited to the first round of interviews with the hiring manager. The first round of interviews was a video call with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was courteous and professional and asked me some behavioral and situational questions related to the engineering manager role. The hiring manager also gave me an overview of the company, the team, and the projects. The first round of interviews lasted about 20 minutes and I was invited to the second round of interviews with the panel. The second round of interviews was a video call with a panel from different teams. The panel interview could have been more professional. It was an unprepared interview. Overall, I had a mixed experience with the interview process for the engineering manager position. The result took about 2 to 3 weeks.
