Face to face interview involving two partners to start with (others would have followed if successful). Partners had printed my cv and asked me questions about it and focussed on key case experience

Interview
Pretty straightforward, competency based questions. This tested your ability and awareness of the firm, motivation towards law and passion to work in insurance. Overall, the interview experience was a pleasure and a two way conversation, which is how every interview should be. I would definitely recommend applying to RPC.
