I initial had technical phone interview. Looks like employee out there does not respect the interviewee. I did not feel the team environment was good out there. I was asked several questions. It seems some of the junior developers were laughing and joking as I could hear them out. As the interview ended and I got the feedback from the recruiters he told be I did not answer a question about test driven environment. As far as I know I was not asked anything about test driven environment. One of the bad experience I had did not feel good about the company.
