Interview

Pretty simple. I spoke with the manager. He asked about sales experience. Got a feel for personality. I also spoke with the director of sales. He asked basic questions. Why I wanted to work at RS Medical. He asked about previous jobs. It was a quick process.

The interview process was very simple and beneficial. Had a 30 minute interview going over my background, goals, aspirations. Enjoyed the welcoming nature and openness about the company. Felt a connection very soon into the interview.

Interviews were scheduled promptly, each week, with HR, then direct report, another regional manager and then VP. All over video. Great conversations and engagement at each level, gave a real great sense of the company.
