      Le processus de recrutement s’est déroulé en plusieurs étapes : un premier appel téléphonique avec un chargé de recrutement, mené de manière plutôt expéditive, d’autant plus qu’il m’a contacté pour un poste différent de celui pour lequel j’avais postulé et n'a pas respecté l'heure d'appel préalablement convenu. Un second entretien en visio avec ce même interlocuteur, durant lequel il a principalement monopolisé la parole pendant plus de vingt minutes afin de « vendre » l’entreprise à travers la présentation d’un PowerPoint. Puis un troisième entretien physique avec deux managers qui n’avaient manifestement pas préparé le déroulement de l’échange, donnant l’impression d’un entretien peu structuré. Les missions évoquées par les managers n'avaient rien à voir avec celles présentées par le chargé de recrutement. Il serait judicieux de s'accorder à ce niveau. Cette succession d’échanges m’a laissé une impression globalement négative et ne m’a pas permis de me sentir à l’aise tout au long du processus. Au regard des éléments évoqués, j’ai décidé de ne pas donner suite à ce processus de recrutement. Je précise également que l’entreprise a recours à la prise de références dans le cadre de son processus de recrutement. Je considère par ailleurs que le recours à cette pratique est aujourd’hui dépassée. Elle gagnerait à être équilibrée par la possibilité pour les candidats d’obtenir également des références de la part de l’entreprise, notamment auprès de collaborateurs ayant quitté récemment l’organisation.

      3 rounds of interviews. Standard phone screen, technical knowledge interview with a singular senior team member, and a personality/fit interview with the team leader. Overall an pleasant and easy interview process
