I was interviewed by a partner who I could tell right off the bad did not like me. I could tell she really did not like being there. There was a focus on behavioral questions, and really trying to push the actual topic away from auditing.

Question 1
How would your friend's describe you if they were only allowed to use one word?
It was conducted by one of the talent acquisition officer and the whole process took about 30 minutes. The interview was to get to know the candidate and to see if they are the perfect fit for the role
- Friendly, more of a casual conversation
- General qns on why u want to join the firm, prior experience etc, and will share abt culture here as well
- One stage interview
30 minutes interview with specific department intern supervisor, asked the usual questions like what is your career aspirations, why RSM and explained how the internship works. Was quite manageable and expected
