there are 3 rounds and there is round with HR and then with the head and then you have to go with the tests to understand about your personalty and on that basis they will hire you
The interview went quite smoothly as the questions were not very difficult. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable, and the HR representative was also kind and approachable.
Assessment centre consisted of interview, group task, individual case study and diary entry task. the assessors were friendly and nice to talk to. make sure you prepare well and give answers in STAR format
