I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RSM (Minneapolis, MN) in July 2020
Interview
I entered the interview cycle very far along into their hiring process, so I had two interviews in one week - one with the manager of the team, Joan, and one with one of the team members, Josh. Both interviews were superb. I felt that the interviewers were very interested in my skill set and me as a person. These were hands down the best interviews I’ve ever had, as both were transparent about the environment I’d be entering.
Because I entered the interview cycle so late, I received an offer the following week and accepted. It was the fastest interview cycle I’ve ever had and it doesn’t sound like my experience is the norm.
Two and half hour calls including technical coding, technical questions, explaining about company and what required by the roles. Use by AI in programming environment is not allowed, and why would you anyway? Google is allowed.

Test was pretty simple and interview was also not much technical study power tools and power BI. Brush up on CV also as the questions asked mostly would be from your experience
