Interview
Started with numerical questions and situational judgement test, and then you will get an invitation to the video interview, the video interview contains five questions and just normal strength-based questions

2. Imagine that you have received negative feedback about your last piece of work, how would you react?
3. Is data analysis something you would enjoy doing on a daily basis and why?
4. Think about something you recently initiated. How do you ensure the initiate was successful？
5. Can you identify any skills you would like to learn to be successful in your role in RSM?

Interview
I applied for the role and within a couple of days they responded with a link to online assessment. This was the next stage from the initial stage. The online assessment contained a few maths/ finance questions reviewing certain sectors such as gyms. Fairly basic, reviewing revenue etc. In Addition, the Assessment contained fictitious scenarios and you had to rank responses.
