Applied online through website,, contacted a former classmate who was a supervisor and he gave a good recommendation. Did phone interview and went in for a face to face with 2 partners. No real hard questions, offered the job almost immediately.

Interview
The interviewer is nice and friendly. General questions asked based on your resume and cover letter. First with manager then with partner. Salary is negotiable. Didnt ask complicated accounting standards.
My resume was given through an employee it took about two week till the interview. The interview was about experience at former employer. Constantly stressing my background and other details of the audit process at my current firm.
