It was really great. Super conversational based and not bombarding you with behavioral questions. Free-flowing and very easing for any one with nerves going into it. They make it very easy to talk and discuss your future

Didnt really ask many questions that you would need to prepare for. Mainly hobbies and walk me through your resume and just regular conversation

short, easy, mainly behavioral not too many technical, show interest in the firm and do your research beforehand, also they took a while to respond so was interesting to say the least

Super easy, I applied online and then received an email with a date and zoom link after about a couple weeks. Met with them on said date and received an offer within a week.

The rest of the interview was about personal things and getting to know each other better not so much actual interview questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at RSM (Davenport, IA) in Sept 2023
Interview
I applied and attended their meet the firm night. A week later I got a call from the recruiter confirming what positions I was applying for and scheduling my interview. The interview was virtual. I had two half hour interviews with two different tax partners. Interview was fairly easy, I also made sure to let them know how interested I was in working for RSM.
