Interview
Went through virtual career fair, and spoke with several tax associates through a Zoom-like program. Not very formal/traditional interview questions, more of an opportunity to get to know other people. I was invited back to complete two more interviews with other tax associates and later received an offer. I recommend to be yourself. Do not ask about your compensation, they will tell you in your offer letter. You will be very happy about it, don't let them think you're just looking for money.

Q: Tell me about yourself.
Q: What do you know about RSM?
Q: Why do you favor tax over audit?
There are 4 questions and each question has 2 minutes to prepare and 2 minutes to answer. It takes around 25-30 minutes to finish the whole process and it usually takes 7 days to receive a result.

Interview
Most of the interview at RSM US LLP focused on your personality and your previous job experience, with questions assessing how you communicate, handle situations, and fit within the company culture.
The interview process included an online application, a recruiter phone screen, and two rounds of behavioral interviews with partners, focusing on leadership, teamwork, communication skills, and alignment with RSM’s core values.
