Excellent, thoughtful questions that would confuse you were asked for a reason. Not as technical as you would think. Easier than others but a very good entry job would recommend applying

The RSM consulting intern interview process involves multiple rigorous rounds that focus heavily on behavioral questions, alongside important networking conversations with firm recruiters and practice leaders to assess cultural fit.
It was fairly straightforward to apply, and one 60-minute interview. Got an email from the recruiter to schedule an interview. You will interview with two people for over an hour.
