It was all about process , how it works and what’s my role and responsibilities in previous organisation and why I have chosen RSM as my next organisation. Mostly all questions are very general.

Interview
Process starts with a 30 minute phone call screening with an HR recruiter, who then sends resumes to the hiring manager. The second round of interviews is usually done over MS teams.

Question 1
Most of the interview was spent going over my resume and the details on the position
interview with the Partner and Manager at the same time, the Partner is the one to make the decision. In my interview, the Partner had more focus on Detail taxation questions.
