Interview
You send an email, with your CV attached. In the next couple days (no more then 10d.), you go to a technical interview.
If you pass this interview, you can start to work as soon as the paper work procedure allows it.

Question 1
What is the difference between semaphore and mutex ?
The process consisted of 3 parts. The first part consisted of an interesting IQ test followed by a written test on paper with basic questions about C/C++ and JS. The test is in English. The second part was an online interview with HQ and the psychologist which was pleasant, without inconvenient questions. More about your desires, expectations, salary etc. The last step was an on-site technical interview with two senior interrogators. This was the most exhausting part since it lasted for around 2 and a half hours.
