RTI Health Solutions interview questions

I didn’t get past the screening interview with HR. I could have been better prepared, but moving from another CRO, I suspect my salary expectation was too high based on my level of experience (upper end of salary range for lower end of experience).

The written application is quickly followed by a meeting with the HR talent acquisition. Then, an individual meeting with the recruiting manager is organized to select the candidates eligible for the panel interview with the teams. The answer is given shortly after.
