Multiple steps. Meet a lot of people in one day -- can be confusing about what role each person plays and who you are actually supposed to impress. I also got to meet other interns, which I thought was pariticularly nice since I got more honest answers about what I would get out of the internship that way.

Describe a do file (stata) that you're particular proud of
This was an on-campus internship recruitment. There were 3 rounds- CV shortlisting, Personal Interview, and group discussion. There was also a small pre-talk where we were familiarized with the company. The personal interview was based on the CV. You must know all the details of everything you have written in your CV. Also, you must be confident in your answers. The group discussion had 3 topics.

Interview
Basic interview via Zoom. Gave me the job on the spot. Asked standard interview questions. Asked me to go over my resume with them. It was a very positive experience overall.
I was reached out to within two weeks of submitting application for an interview, which lasted roughly 30 minutes. There was only one round of interviews and I received an offer within two days.
