I applied online. I interviewed at RTI International (San Antonio, TX) in Apr 2023
Interview
Interview over zoom. Had to read some passages, not too hard. Seemed friendly enough. Explained the job requirements well, seemed like a good job if you’re willing to work nights and weekends mostly.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at RTI International (Raleigh, NC) in Oct 2024
Interview
Step 1: was screened by an ADP person who read his script like a first grader. When I asked questions he said he needed to text the hiring manager. Regardless, I was passed to round two; Step 2: did zoom call with hiring manager from RTI. Hiring manager appeared nervous and caught up in reading long bullet briefs of the job description. I stopped interview when it was revealed I'd have to be away from my home, family, friends, hobbies for ten weeks. An absolutely ridiculous ask from a company paying $21 an hour.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RTI International (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2024
Interview
A humorless woman asking questions straight out of an interviewing book. Not a lot of rapport or flexibility to be myself or ask questions. No communication as to next steps or time frame.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RTI International (Oklahoma City, OK) in June 2023
Interview
Phone screening + going over work history. Discussing job requirements and answering with a yes or no. Asked what experience do I have in interviewing people. Asked am I comfortable going into unfamiliar settings and if I’m willing to do the paid training.
