I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RTX
Interview
Had an in-person interview followed by two phone interviews. No technical aspects, just asked about work experience and skills. Interviewers were somewhat vague about duties and responsibilities for the role.
Phone interview with manager, week went by, got called in for an in person interview with 2 managers then team of 3. Team was very nice. Interview was not very technical
