Application
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at RTX (Tucson, AZ) in Nov 2016
Interview
I was cold called by a recruiter for one of their hiring events (they had my resume on hand from last year). The event lasted a few days and included a tour of the plant, a networking event where you can meet the section heads and potentially score more interviews, then an interview day. I came with one guaranteed interview and ended up with three; could've gotten more if I wanted.

Question 1
Varied from group to group; ranged from several high-level technical questions about previous work to your garden variety interview questions to no questions whatsoever.
I applied and they set up a Zoom call with me. It was mostly going through my resume and asking me about my comfort with each line item. I was then asked if I was willing to move and, lastly, I was able to ask my own questions.

Interview
Very long process. The team I was interviewed by was awesome. My employer countered offered otherwise I would have stayed. If I had a chance to make a choice I would have left for RTX,

Question 1
Tell us about yourself? Tell us about your current job.
Interviewed with 2 people over Zoom, they asked all the generic questions about my experience and background. A few technical questions about systems engineering. There were no trick questions and was an open discussion.
