Applied online at Raytheon. Started off with an interview with one of the engineers that worked at the facility I was applying to. Very laid back and mostly talked about my schooling and projects I had been a part of. After that I had a virtual interviewing process with a team of engineers and section heads. Again, interview mostly was behavior questions and talked about a few things that would pertain to the job. Asked questions about schooling and what I learned there. The panel was very personable and easy to talk to.
