Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at RTX (Boston, MA) in Nov 2012
Interview
I was flown out to Boston for a two day hiring event with 40 other people. The first day was primarily introductory with a Raytheon site tour and an evening social event with Raytheon managers. The next day, we had our interviews. Some of us had multiple interviews depending on our skillsets ( I had two interviews with two different engineering departments within the IDS business unit), while others had just one. Overall, I was very impressed with Raytheon and the investment they took to try and hire me. I got an offer the next day and accepted.

Question 1
What was your most challenging task up to this point and what steps did you take to accomplish it?
I applied and they set up a Zoom call with me. It was mostly going through my resume and asking me about my comfort with each line item. I was then asked if I was willing to move and, lastly, I was able to ask my own questions.

Question 1
Tell us about yourself? Tell us about your current job.
Interviewed with 2 people over Zoom, they asked all the generic questions about my experience and background. A few technical questions about systems engineering. There were no trick questions and was an open discussion.
