Had a very negative and disappointing interview experience with RVO Health. They reached out with possible dates and I selected a range of options. Then they notified me that none of those worked and it needed to be sooner than any of those options. I was on vacation in another country but agreed and woke up especially early to do the phone screen. Then they wanted a follow-up interview and I agreed to all of those dates too. Then they canceled my interview two times after I rearranged my schedule twice and finally they just said they already hired someone else. It was chaotic, disorganized, rude, and unprofessional. I tried to accommodate their needs throughout and they didn’t even give me the courtesy of an interview! Avoid this company as they don’t know what they’re doing and just wanted to waste my time.

The interview process was par for the course until we got to the 3rd round which was 2 hours and 15 minutes with a non-stop rotation of 5 interviewers who were handed a sheet by HR and told: "Ask them this question". I understand the need for thoroughness, but there is no reason that a remote position should require more than 3 rounds, and certainly no longer than an hour per round. And if you're going to do something as useless and time-wasting as that, at least include breaks between the rounds. I honestly wouldn't have been as annoyed if they had the decency to call me with the rejection, instead of an impersonal email with no reply to an ask for feedback. These are awful recruiting practices and are likely done to feign prestige and exclusiveness, which is ridiculous because I've been hired by FAANG companies within two interviews and RVO Health is 1) not a tech company and 2) pays far below market.
