RWM Home Loans interview questions

The interview process was average, until the very end where I was told the position was between me and one other person. Once the final interview was complete I expected either a "We'd like you to join our team" or a "Thank you for your time, we've moved on" but I got nothing but a complete ghosting from the company. Pretty rude since every round of interviews went well and were respectful on both ends.

Everyone was very friendly and personable. The interview seemed almost like old friends catching up. There were of course the typical job competency questions, but they were also interested in where I wanted my future to go.
