Interview
When I received the initial request I was away on holiday. They accommodated my return dates. However, by the time I was able to interview it appeared they were already set on the person they'd like to select.

During the question time it was revealed they were looking for someone with experience in e-commerce, which was odd since it wasn't mentioned in the job description.
