Over 7-8 hours of interview, LeetCode, ML/system design, behavioral, etc.
Questions spanned from medium to hard. At the end didn't receive an offer (in fact didn't receive a rejection either). For that long interview, the very least expectation is to provide constructive feedback on why they didn't hire someone.

Question 1
An ML system design to extract disease/drug names/codes from free-text medical notes. More prompt engineering than ML engineering.
I recently went through the interview process, which started with a CodeSignal assessment consisting of 4 questions in 70 minutes. Afterwards, I had three rounds with managers and one round with a product manager. The interviews included one system design, one coding, and one behavioral round. Overall, the process was smooth, well-structured, and professional. Everyone I spoke with was approachable, thoughtful, and genuinely kind, which made the experience much more comfortable. I appreciated the clear communication throughout and left with a very positive impression of the company and its people.
I applied online and got the first interview with a Senior Engineering Manager in AI. The manager did not seem to really care about my experience. He usually looked into another screen and sometimes sighed. A candidate may or may not be a good fit for the position. But that does not mean that the recruter has the right to show their direct negative attitude.
After the interview, there was absolutely no feedback at all. Anyway, I was happy to move on because this ghosting gave me a glimpse of the work atmosphere in this company.
