I applied and a few days later I got an email asking if I had time for a phone interview. I took the call the next day and was asked standard questions about my job history. I received a follow up email that told me I would have a virtual interview with 3 people with various titles, at the same time. When that interview rolled around, only 2 people could be bothered to show up. Worse than that they said they were "too busy" to even turn on their cameras. I can honestly say I've never been more insulted in a job interview in my life. If you were too busy, then why set up a time to meet? Anyway the awkward interview continued, just me on camera, and two people doing who knows what asking basic questions about my job history. At the end I was told my resume was impressive and if not chosen for this role, there would be other opportunities available and I would hear back soon. I send out a few thank you emails... and then a month goes by and I have to reach out to my first POI who let me know I wasn't chosen for this role. The whole thing was entirely unprofessional and a massive waste of my time that could have been spent looking for a job at a company actually interested in hiring people.
