A phone screen will occur in which the person is very friendly and says afterwards that she will get back to you asap about scheduling the next interview. Then she will never contact you and won’t respond to any of your communication attempts.

Interview was straightforward for the position and included a competency assessment. Went through 3 rounds of interviews with people in multiple departments, culminating in a job offer after the third interview. It was one of the smoother interview processes I have been part of.
