Very good conversation, tied in everything on my resume and asked how it was all relevant to what I want to do in the future
Did not get an offer but was told I was one of the few in the last stages of one
No in-person interview, all online and through a contact from my university

Interview
1. Over the phone interview with a current analyst
2. Interview with a Managing Director or VP in person (if they recruit on campus)
3. Super day at main office
Very lax interview process, make sure you're energetic and engaging though during the interview.
