Het waren in grote lijnen vijf stappen - CV/brief, testje thuis, kennismaking met HR, case presenteren voor 3 personen binnen de bank + simulatie moeileijke klant, oordeel/aanbod. Over het algemeen goede procedure al vond ik de boordelingscriteria nogal schimmig
