      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rabobank (Utrecht) in Nov 2024

      Interview

I would like to share my experience during the selection process. The timeline was: 13/11/2024: Online application with cv + cover letter. 26/11/2024: Invitation for first interview in person at the Utrecht office. 11/12/2024: Interview day. The interview went really good, the environment was nice, the interviewers made me feel very comfortable. We talked about my previous experience and asked questions to see how if I fit into the company culture. The interview takes 45 minutes. At the end of the conversation, they said that if the result was positive they would ask me to take a assessment. At the end of the same day, they invited me to do this assessment. This assessment was: - Motivation test with 120 questions to complete in 15 minutes. - Personality test with 199 questions to complete in 30 minutes. - Intelligence Test (VIT) with 68 questions to complete in 30 minutes test. I thought this particular exam a little bit difficult because you don’t have much time to think. The questions is about numerical reasoning ability, logical reasoning ability, mathematical aptitude and verbal aptitude. 27/12/2024: Invitation for follow-up interview. 07/01/2025: Interview day. This second interview was online but very similar to my first interview. Questions about my personality, how I react in certain situations, how I usually to work in a team, what are my expectations, how I manage problems and again questions to see how I fit into the culture company. Once again, the interview takes 45 minutes. In general, I feel that the most important thing is to fit into the culture company. The environment is dynamic and they are flexible. The interviewers were always kind and friendly. Sometimes, I asked them to repeat the questions because I didn’t fully understand and that wasn’t a problem. For this position, Dutch is not a requirement (I don't speak Dutch at the moment) but they want you to study it. 10/01/2025: I received an offer.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

You start the interview by introducing yourself. And then, questions about my personality, how I react in certain situations, how I usually to work in a team, what are my expectations/future plans, how I manage problems, what do I need from the company and most importantly questions to see how I fit into the culture company.
