Started with an online interview with recruiter. After passing that stage, I was invited to an In person interview with line manager and director. If that stage was passed it would be followed by offer of employment. There was also quite a significant security check.

unnecessarily lengthy process 6 weeks, after the 4th interview I got informed that they are considering an internal candidate who has just been invited in his/her first interview. First face-to-face interview included a 20min presentation as well.
very slow responses and limited transparency in the hiring process, I was told from the external recruitment agency, that I had a job offer and should expect the official job offer in the next 24 hours, in the end, the job offer was revoked due to office politics between Racal and Invisio

Initial communications good, had 3 interviews, all conducted professionally. Organisation well managed..
Managers knew what they were looking for. Work culture appeared to be good, didnt appear to nbe too many manager, ratio to staff seemed good.
