Interview
1) After you submit your application they usually get back to you within one week to two.
2) You get two interviews the first one is on the phone, the second one is in person
3) whenever you are doing your interview they will ask you what shift you can work, how you deal with certain situations and what kind of leader are you

Interview
The interview there were two rounds one was with the recruiter and the manger of a racetrack. Overall, it wasn’t really hard but they do ask questions based on your work ethic and work availability

Quick and painless. Very simple questions such as your previous work experience and your work to availability. They did mine in the back of a store. Before I left, they offered me the job on the spot. Very easy.
The interview process was good nothing bad and they’re very calm and nice about you getting a job there and also they work with you the best way possible and they also make sure they’re in the same page as you and they aren’t rude about anything. If you aren’t comfortable with something make sure to let them know and they will make sure you’re comfortable as possible.
