I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rad AI in Jan 2022
Interview
Had a pleasant experience while interviewing with Rad. The process started with initial "touch base" with the recruiter to evaluate the suitability of continuing in the process. The next step was a take home challenge which involved cleaning messy medical data (synthetic) to bring it into suitable format. A 24 hr window was provided to work on the challenge. The problem was open ended in nature so it took some time to figure out what a reasonable solution might look like. The next step was a technical which involved in depth discussion of the solution of the data engineering challenge , a case study and some questions related to past projects. Final behavioral interview with one of the execs of the company.
Thoroughly enjoyed the interviewing process. Communication was prompt throughout the process. The entire process was wrapped up in 15 days.

Interview
Pretty straightforward. Sandra (recruiter) reached out to me via Linkedin, which was followed by a phone screen with her, a take home assessment, 2 hour technical interview and finally a chat with the VP of engineering.
