Interview
The whole interview process took about a week. There were 2 rounds of interviews and then a call back. The first interview was a prelim screening via zoom, only took about 15-20 min and I talked to the regional manager. The 2nd interview was with an assistant director for about 30-45 min via google meets. The 2nd interview went more in-depth about the company; day to day, pay, growth etc. Its been 2 days since and call backs are at the end of the week to hear if I received the position or not.

Question 1
They asked me about my leadership experience, a few situational questions like have I faced adversity in work or life and how did I overcome it. Would I describe myself as competitive why/why not. Another question was if I could rank growth, money and culture in order, how would I rank them. etc etc
