Radiance Learning interview questions

After applying through their website, I got an email with 2 days. They asked to pick a specific slot for in person interviews. In the interview they asked me to grade a grade 3/4 math packet and grade 2/3 english packet. At the end the owner asked a math problem and situation question. At the end of the meeting got an oral offer and got an email offer with list of documents to bring on starting date. It was pretty straight forward. They check if you are arriving on time for the interview or not. My friend who missed the interview by 20 minutes never got an offer from them.
