Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning interview questions

A series of interviews over a course of 2 weeks. Each interview (5 total) would be with a more senior executive until finally having a discussion with the founder/owner. The process was very transparent, and their HR department was top notch in keeping me up to date on where we were in the hiring process.

Interview was through zoom. Process for me was pretty smooth but other people in the department got promised raises and the company did not follow through. All in all, pretty standard
