Radiant Systems interview questions

I completed the client interview and was informed that I was selected and asked to submit BGV and onboarding documents on 11th February. After submitting the documents, there was no proactive update from the recruitment team. I began following up from 17th February onward to understand the offer status. During follow-ups, I was informed that the position was on hold and that other projects could be explored for mapping. Eventually, after nearly three weeks, I was told that my profile had been dropped. There was no clear timeline or transparent communication during this period. Collecting background verification documents prior to final confirmation can create uncertainty and may impact candidate trust. Improved transparency and timely updates would enhance the recruitment experience.
