Easy peasy casual, she had her camera off I had mine on but was mentioned, she was 5 minutes late, but very kind and laughed at my jokes, lots of awkward silence from her slow typing, but overall answered all my questions explained the role and what's expected,

Interview
Brief and direct phone call interview, which was soon followed up by a face to face interview with the options to have that interview remotely via teams. Between application and receiving the offer took just under 2 weeks.
