Easy interview process, asked all the standard experienced RN questions and 2 scenario based questions. Make sure to provide answers using the STAR method. Manager was kind and receptive during the interview process.

Interview process was lengthy. Once I had the initial interview with the hiring manager over the phone which was super conversational and easy, I was scheduled for a panel style interview via Zoom since I lived out of state. 4 weeks later I checked in with the hiring manager for an update since I had not heard back and it was at that point that she let me know that they offered the role to someone else.
