      The interview process typically begins with an initial screening, where the candidate's resume is reviewed to assess their suitability for the role. If shortlisted, the candidate is contacted for an initial HR round, which includes a discussion about their background, communication skills, salary expectations, and notice period. This is followed by one or more technical or functional interviews, depending on the role. These rounds may include coding tests, problem-solving questions, technical discussions, or case studies to evaluate the candidate’s expertise and experience. After clearing the technical rounds, a managerial or team lead interview is conducted to assess the candidate’s problem-solving abilities, team collaboration, and cultural fit. Finally, if the candidate is selected, HR discusses the offer details including compensation and joining timeline, and the official offer letter is shared. The process concludes with document verification and pre-joining formalities.

      Question 1

      One of the key questions they asked me during the interview was about a challenging situation I faced in a previous project and how I handled it. They wanted to assess my problem-solving skills, how I respond under pressure, and my ability to take initiative. I explained a situation where a critical module in our application failed during a client demo, and how I quickly identified the issue, coordinated with my team, and implemented a temporary fix while preparing a permanent solution. They seemed particularly interested in how I stayed calm, communicated effectively, and took ownership of the problem.
