Das Vorstellungsgespräch bestand aus zwei Phasen. Beide verliefen reibungslos und in einer völlig entspannten Atmosphäre. Mir wurde die Stelle nicht angeboten, und ich habe keine Ahnung, was genau gefehlt hat.

Because, my interview was scheduled by their system e-mail, not a specific employee's e-mail. - Also, when they scheduled the panel interview, it looked like a 1-on-1 interview since I was seeing 1 name. However, when I started the interview, there were 4 people. Maybe they wanted to shock, who knows. I can write the other red flags, but I don't want to waste my time more. If your time is valuable, you can avoid interviewing with this company.
