The interview process have 3 rounds. They did a phone call interview first to check in with us, to ask if we have any questions and share the challenges of work and ask if we are still keen.Next , we are called for another interview , experienced a group interview with other interviewees , interviewed by a few senior teachers and then we are attached to a class to assess our competency with the students. It was a very good experience somewhat it prepares us for what we will be expecting in our roles.

There were 2 interview segments of which first was a questionnaire and assessment to assess your knowledge of the role applied for and the interviewers (educators on the ground) were generally pleasant and it was easy to score. Second was with the HR, which surprisingly turned out to be quite taunting and unprofessional with age discriminating. Will never apply to them again.
