RaiseMe interview questions

Very interactive, very much personality and knowledge based. They really value those with higher education experience and the ability to think quickly from that perspective. There were several interview with different levels of colleagues and members of leadership in the team as well as one member outside of partner success. A presentation was also part of my interview.

30 minute phone interview; the recruiter called close to 15 minutes past the scheduled interview time. She seemed scattered, immature and unprofessional throughout the interview. When it came time to ask questions, she rushed through responses which provided little insight. I would recommend RaiseMe more thoroughly train their recruiters.
