I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Fort Worth, TX) in June 2014
Interview
It was very easy going and non intimidating. The company loves new hires and they are very friendly. I need 30 words to submit this but I have nothing else to say. You don't need to keep reading this the first two sentences were all that you need to do well on this interview!
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
