I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Raising Cane's
Interview
Was initially very impressed with the recruitment process at Cane's. After being courted and engaged from a proactive internal recruiter, I was left with no response or feedback after completing two rounds of interviews. After emailing and calling the recruiter for feedback, I assumed the position was closed. I have yet to receive a feedback email after spending 2 hours of time on phone interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were not a lot of questions - more so the recruiter speaking about Cane's culture.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Pittsburgh, PA) in Apr 2024
Interview
It was a virtual interview with the hiring manager and the HR representative. Was asked pretty standard questions. They put an emphasis on hands-on managerial experiences. The regional manager was in her car during the interview signaling the "on the go" nature of the position. Conversational based interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Oakland, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
Phone screen went well. Recruiter stated they’d send email to take two tests. I only received one test and never got the second test. When contacting the recruiter she emailed me back stating she already sent both. Once I informed her and took screenshots that I only received one she ghosted me and stopped responding. I thought it was very unprofessional for a recruiter to stop responding.
