The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
I applied online. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Tulsa, OK) in Oct 2014
Interview
Easy process, apply online, they have you come in, ask, what would you do if... type questions, easy to answer, just be honest, they want hard workers and have high expectations, you will take an online personality test at some point.

Question 1
How do you handle certain situations.... What would you do if.....
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
