I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Harlingen, TX) in May 2022
Interview
Just awful, they had me just sit there and wait for almost a hour and I wasn’t even interviewed by the person who was doing interview, but she could just stand and watch from behind the counter while this rookie only asked me 2 questions then got me out because they had someone else to interview. Very unprofessional look.

Other Crew Member interview reviews for Raising Cane's
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
